IACN Board Members

A third generation chiropractor who graduated from Palmer in 1986, obtaining his Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology in 2003 and his Fellowship in Chiropractic Neurology from The International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN). He has served as the Chairman of International Board of Chiropractic Neurology (IBCN), which is the examining board of the IACN, since 2006. Dr. Dickerson holds a Masters in Neuroscience (MSc) from Parker University and has maintained a private practice in Phoenix. Additionally he lectures in chiropractic continuing education. His background in Chiropractic Neurology, spinal and extremity adjusting has provided a unique approach to serving his diverse practice. Professional and World Class Athletes also call upon Dr. Dickerson to keep them active and competitive. 

A Florida native, Dr. Chaney was born in Clearwater and completed his undergraduate work at East Tennessee State University. He graduated from the prestigious Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa and was certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Chaney returned to Florida where he has been practicing since 1992. He loves the nature coast and has settled here with his three children.  Dr. Chaney’s ongoing commitment to his patients, the community and to the chiropractic profession is evidenced by the numerous post-graduate seminars that he attends in order to update and improve his skills. He serves on the board of Directors of the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology and is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the International Academy of Clinical Neurology.  

 Lisa K. Bloom, DC, PhD is Professor Emeritus in Clinical Sciences/Diagnosis (clinical neuroscience) having served 24 years at Northeast College of Health Sciences as a Full Professor and the Assistant Dean of Pre-clinical Chiropractic Education. She is a multiple winner of the Faculty Excellence Award at NCHS. Dr. Bloom serves as an adjunct professor in the College of Business Doctoral Leadership Programs at Concordia University Chicago. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology and a Fellow of the American College of Chiropractors. Dr. Bloom is board certified in Chiropractic Neurology by the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology and currently serves on the examining board of International Board of Chiropractic Neurology. She has been the featured speaker at conferences throughout the U.S., as well as a keynote speaker at many international conferences. 

Dr. Sikora is a native New Yorker and has lived in Florida since attending the University of Florida while earning her B.S. in athletic training.. She earned her D.C degree from New York Chiropractic College as well as  her Master in Human Anatomy & Physiology and  certification in electrodiagnosis. Dr. Sikora was in private practice for 20 years in Melbourne, Florida before becoming founding faculty at Keiser University, College of Chiropractic Medicine until 2022 and is currently staff in  the Orlando VA Healthcare system as the chiropractor at the Viera VA Clinic.

Dr. Kim, born in Korea, and a resident of Florida since 1978. He has over 25 years of experience as a chiropractic physician and holds a B.S. in Biology from University of Central Florida. He attained his D.C. from Life University and diplomate in chiropractic neurology through International Academy of

Chiropractic Neurology. He is also an adjunct professor of anatomy & physiology and certified in acceleration/deceleration trauma from Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Dr. Kim also serves on the National Board of Examiners. He is the owner and founder of Kim Chiropractic Clinic, PA since 2001 and a father of three.
